The Sydney Roosters are delighted to announce that Event Cinemas have offered to host the Club’s live site at the George St Cinemas in the CBD.

There will be approximately 1200 free seats available courtesy of the State Government after a deal was struck with the Minister for Sport, Mr Kevin Greene, Event Cinemas and the Sydney Roosters.

GO! Matthew Mitcham: 2010 Comm Games Gold Hopefull

Mitcham made headlines in Australia when he revealed to the Sydney Morning Herald that he is gay, becoming one of the first Australian athletes to do so.  Matthew had been announced as the 2008 Sports Performer of the Year after winning gold at the Beijing Olympics, and is currently in Delhi attempting to bring back gold for Australia.

Matthew is a world class accomplished springboard and platform diver. He is currently representing Australia in the Men’s 10m Platform and 3m Springboard events.
